How do I return an item purchased on Bizbee?

At Bizbee, we have a 7-Day Replacement Policy for all products. Meaning Returns and refunds are not possible. We Currently allowing replacements only in Following cases of manufacturing issues.

Replacements are accepted only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged / Dead Product on Arrival – (Due to Transport or any Reason)
  • Manufacturing Defect – Faulty / scratches or any Defect
  • Missing Items
  • Wrong Size/color/product Delivered.

 

The 7-day period begins from the date of Delivery to Customer. 

Please retain all original packaging until instructed otherwise by our team. We will process a replacement after collecting and inspecting the returned product(s).
